As a family, we hope to participate in this years Word and Deed 50 kilometer bike-a-thon in Niagara Ontario on June 3rd. 
This is a fundraising event for two different ministries: 
"Nakekela HIV/AIDS Clinic and the Musawenkosi Christian Academy (MCA) in South Africa.
These projects help alleviate, educate, and care for a community struggling with the impact of HIV / AIDS physically and spiritually."
